Integrated presurized bearing solar water heater Heat Pipe evacuated tube solar hot water system
LUCKY SOLAR has developed a water heater which combines heat pipe solar collector and storage tank into one product. The condenser of the heat pipe tube is directly inserted into the non-corroding copper protection tube within the water tank. The heat pipe evacuated tube collect heat with high efficiency transforming of the incoming solar irradiation into heat. The condenser transfers the generated heat to the manifold where the water is heated. Thereafter, the hot water is circulating in the system until the system attains the required temperature.

Integrated heat pipe pressure water heater CE features:
1. The inner tank adopts the 1.2mm imported SUS304 Stainless steel and automatic welding techology which decrease the corrosion.
2. Inlet and outlet use the argon welding technology against the 0.6Mpa pressure.Heat tube conducts the heat energy in the single direction and has some advantages of quick operation, high heat efficiency and anti-corrosion.
3. It has advantages of no water in tube, no filthy, no brocken tube, anti-freeze, unlimited time of the inputting water and pressure operation.
4. Insulation adopts the polyurethane which has good insulation efficiency.
5. The frame adopts the imported stainless steel, which is strong and against the corrosion.

Working principle:
Working principle: the vacuum tube absorb the solar ray and conduct the heat to heat-pipe (inside) by the aluminum slice, because the heat-pipe is connected with the copper connector which in the water tank, so there exists heat exchanging between the heat- pipe and copper connector, when the heat exchanging goes on, the water in the tank will be heated and become hot water.
